Scott Speiser

Scott is an actor, known for _The Tick (2016)_ (qv), _NCIS (2003)_ (qv), and _Criminal Minds (2005)_ (qv).Scott is from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Theater. He has performed as a Blue Man in Blue Man Group all over the world and can still be seen, on occasion, performing "bald and blue" between other acting gigs.
