Steve Sobel

'Steve Sobel' (qv) is an actor, writer, comedian, and television producer from Miami Beach, FL. He attended the New World High School for the Arts before studying theater and film at USC. He is known for his performances as a reluctant foster father in a film festival favorite _Love is Never Wasted (2018)_ (qv) and as celebrity chef Jason Billings in _Last Meal (2018)_ (qv). He can be seen in Season 3 of _Westworld (2016)_ (qv). Steve has appeared in dozens of national commercials for brands including Ford, Taco Bell, Listerine, MetroPCS, and others. As a screenwriter, Steve has sold original features or done rewrites/punch ups for FOX, Warner Bros, Universal Studios, Summit/Lionsgate, DreamWorks Animation, Walden Media, and Sony Pictures Animation. Steve also writes for animated children's shows, including the Emmy nominated Disney Jr. shows _Vampirina (2017)_ (qv) and _Sheriff Callie's Wild West (2013)_ (qv). In addition, Steve works as a writer/producer in unscripted television, on shows such as _The Titan Games (2019)_ (qv) (writing host copy for Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson) and _Death by Magic (2018)_ (qv). He is married to actress 'Marita de Lara' (qv) and they have two children, Lulu and Axel.::Judy23
