Keith Robinson

'Keith Robinson' (qv) was born in Kentucky and grew up in Greenville, South Carolina. He later moved to Augusta and graduated from Lakeside High School. He attended the University of Georgia and, while there, signed a recording contract with Motown Records, but that label never issued any of his material.Robinson moved to Los Angeles and earned a starring role as Joel Rawlings, the Green Ranger in the TV series Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue. Robinson appeared in other series including _ER (1994)_ (qv), _American Dreams (2002)_ (qv), _Monk (2002)_ (qv), _Half & Half (2002)_ (qv), and _Over There (2005)_ (qv).Robinson's role as C.C. White in _Dreamgirls (2006)_ (qv), which includes a Robinson-led version of the song "Family," appears to have been a breakout. He was subsequently cast in _Comanche Moon (2008)_ (qv) now in post-production, in _This Christmas (2007)_ (qv) now filming, _The Apostles (2008)_ (qv) in pre-production and Caught on Tape (2011) now in production.::[email protected]
