Bennett Miller

'Bennett Miller' (qv) is an American film director, best known for _Capote (2005)_ (qv), _Moneyball (2011)_ (qv), and _Foxcatcher (2014)_ (qv). He began his film career directing the 1998 documentary The Cruise.In 2006 Miller directed the Bob Dylan music video "When the Deal Goes Down" starring Scarlett Johansson.Miller has directed 6 actors to Oscar nominations: 'Philip Seymour Hoffman' (qv) and 'Catherine Keener' (qv) for Capote, 'Brad Pitt' (qv) and 'Jonah Hill' (qv) for Moneyball, and 'Steve Carell' (qv) and 'Mark Ruffalo' (qv) for Foxcatcher.
