Dina Meyer

'Dina Meyer' (qv) is an American film and television actress best known for her roles as Barbara Gordon in _Birds of Prey (2002)_ (qv), Dizzy Flores in _Starship Troopers (1997)_ (qv) and Detective Allison Kerry in the Saw installments. Meyer started acting in 1993, with her first major role playing Lucinda Nicholson in the TV series _Beverly Hills, 90210 (1990)_ (qv). In the same year she made her film debut in the TV movie _Strapped (1993)_ (qv). She broke out two years later, playing the cybernetically enhanced bodyguard Jane in the cyberpunk thriller _Johnny Mnemonic (1995)_ (qv). In addition to Johnny Mnemonic, Meyer has played roles in other science fiction productions including Starship Troopers, Birds of Prey and _Star Trek: Nemesis (2002)_ (qv). She also starred as Detective Allison Kerry in the horror/thriller film _Saw (2004)_ (qv) and its sequels as well. She has made many guest appearances and played one of the series regular roles in FOX's _Point Pleasant (2005)_ (qv). Her additional guest star roles include _Criminal Minds (2005)_ (qv), _Castle (2009)_ (qv), _The Mentalist (2008)_ (qv), _Burn Notice (2007)_ (qv), and _Nip/Tuck (2003)_ (qv), and she has recurred on ABC's _Scoundrels (2010)_ (qv), CW's _90210 (2008)_ (qv), CBS's _CSI: Miami (2002)_ (qv), and _NCIS (2003)_ (qv).Meyer resides in Los Angeles.::Evolution Entertainment
