Barclay Hope

'Barclay Hope' (qv) is a veteran television actor whose numerous credits include film, television and stage. He has appeared in the television series _The Hidden Room (1991)_ (qv), _The Hitchhiker (1983)_ (qv), _Top Cops (1990)_ (qv) and _Alfred Hitchcock Presents (1985)_ (qv). He has guest-starred in the series _Goosebumps (1995)_ (qv), _"Forever Knight" (1992)_, _Knightwatch (1988)_ (qv), _Doc (2001)_ (qv), and had a recurring role on _Street Legal (1987)_ (qv). His series credits also include _The Twilight Zone (1985)_ (qv), as well as _Taking the Falls (1995)_ (qv), _E.N.G. (1989)_ (qv) and _Ready or Not (1993)_ (qv). He played "Peter Axon" in all four seasons of the Canadian television series, _PSI Factor - Es geschieht jeden Tag (1996)_ (qv), from 1996-2000, narrated by 'Dan Aykroyd' (qv). His television movie credits include _Strange Justice (1999)_ (qv), starring 'Louis Gossett Jr.' (qv), _Dead Silence (1997)_ (qv), with 'James Garner' (qv), Disney's _The Wonderful World of Disney: The Garbage Picking Field Goal Kicking Philadelphia Phenomenon (1998)_ (qv), with 'Tony Danza' (qv), 'Danielle Steel' (qv)'s _Remembrance (1996)_ (qv), _The Wonderful World of Disney: The Facts of Life Reunion (2001)_ (qv), 'Mary Higgins Clark' (qv)'s _Nimm dich in Acht (2002)_ (qv) and 'Atom Egoyan' (qv)'s _Gross Misconduct: The Life of Brian Spencer (1993)_ (qv), among many others. He also performed the lead role in the TV movie, _The Long Road Home (1989)_ (qv), and was an Executive Producer of and appeared in the short film _The Wager (1998)_ (qv) On stage, Hope has performed in both Toronto's Royal Alexandra Theatre and the Manitoba Theatre Centre productions of "The Heidi Chronicles". He also appeared in Theatre Direct's "Getting Wrecked", Limelight Dinner Theatre's "The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas", and the Stratford Festival's "Death of a Salesman" and "The Country Wife". One of his most recent production ventures was the production of "Birthday Cake", a short film he produced, and which screened at many different film festivals, debuting at the Palm Springs Film Festival in 2000.
