'Scott Hamm' (qv) is an American actor and filmmaker. He was born in Washington DC his father of Dutch, German decent was in the military and now retired. His Mother of Spanish decent is an insurance agent. He is known for The Stay, Cobra Kai, Moesha and NYPD Blue. He is a member of SAG/AFTRA::management
