Aidan Gillen

'Aidan Gillen' (qv) is an Irish actor. He is best known for portraying Petyr "Littlefinger" Baelish in the HBO series _Game of Thrones (2011)_ (qv), CIA operative Bill Wilson in _The Dark Knight Rises (2012)_ (qv), Stuart Alan Jones in the Channel 4 series _Queer as Folk (1999)_ (qv), John Boy in the RTÉ Television series _Love/Hate (2010)_ (qv), and Tommy Carcetti in the HBO series _The Wire (2002)_ (qv).In 2011, Gillen began playing Petyr "Littlefinger" Baelish on the HBO series _Game of Thrones (2011)_ (qv), for which he received his second Irish Film & Television Award nomination.In 2015 he starred in _Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials (2015)_ (qv) the second film in the Maze Runner trilogy.::Pedro Borges
