Prunella Gee

The glamorous 'Prunella Gee' (qv) was trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. She appeared in her first television series, _Shabby Tiger (1973)_ (qv), which gave her instant notoriety due to her nude scenes. She became a virtual staple of British television thereafter, and was chosen to guest star in single episodes of _The Sweeney (1974)_ (qv), _Return of the Saint (1978)_ (qv), _Hammer House of Horror (1980)_ (qv), and _The Professionals (1977)_ (qv).Prunella's impressive list of film credits include _The Wilby Conspiracy (1975)_ (qv) with 'Sidney Poitier' (qv) and 'Michael Caine' (qv), the James Bond adventure _Never Say Never Again (1983)_ (qv) with 'Sean Connery' (qv), and _Stormy Monday (1988)_ (qv), in which she played 'Sting' (qv)'s wife.On stage, she has played all three women in 'The Last of the Red Hot Lovers', the blind Sheila in 'Wait Until Dark', the double role of Alice in 'Double Take' and Romaine in 'Witness for the Prosecution'.In 1998, Prunella went to Los Angeles to make _Merchants of Venus (1998)_ (qv), in which she starred with 'Michael York' (qv), 'Beverly D'Angelo' (qv), and 'Brian Cox' (qv). One year later she appeared as Doreen Heavey for a five month stint in the long-running British soap opera _Coronation Street (1960)_ (qv).Since giving up acting in 2004, Prunella has worked as a counselor and therapist in Camden, London.
