Edward Anhalt

A graduate of the Columbia School of Journalism, 'Edward Anhalt' (qv) started his career in early television before turning to writing and producing films, often in collaboration with his wife 'Edna Anhalt' (qv). A prolific screenwriter, Anhalt and his wife won an Academy Award for _Panic in the Streets (1950)_ (qv). He got his second Oscar for _Becket (1964)_ (qv).::[email protected]
