Jacob Derwig

'Jacob Derwig' (qv) is one of The Netherlands' most outstanding actors.From 2005 until 2013 Jacob has toured the world with renowned theatre company Toneelgroep Amsterdam, with artistic director 'Ivo van Hove' (qv). From then on he turned his focus towards film and television, starring in box-office hit _Family Way (2012)_ (qv), _The Dinner (2013)_ (qv), _In guter Absicht (2015)_ (qv) and in the highly popular Dutch crime-series _Black Widow (2010)_ (qv), directed by 'Diederik Van Rooijen' (qv).Jacob starred in the brand new television-series _Klem (2017)_ (qv), followed by a new Dutch feature film _The Resistance Banker (2018)_ (qv).Throughout his career he played many leading roles in the theatre, such as Hamlet, Ivanov, George in Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf and Roy Cohn in Angels in America.
