Krista Allen

Krista was born in Ventura, California and grew up in Austin, Texas. Her idols growing up were 'Lucille Ball' (qv) and 'Gilda Radner' (qv). She made her way back to Southern California as a young adult and wanted to try out the acting biz. Just weeks after she landed in LA, she booked the coveted role of "Billie Reed" on NBC's _Days of Our Lives (1965)_ (qv). After her 3-year stint on the show, she was offered a starring role on _Baywatch (1989)_ (qv) Hawaii. She starred in _Anger Management (2003)_ (qv), with 'Jack Nicholson' (qv) and 'Adam Sandler' (qv); and _Liar Liar (1997)_ (qv) with 'Jim Carrey' (qv). She also received high praise for her role in 'George Clooney' (qv)'s _Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (2002)_ (qv). She has had great success in recurring and guest-starring roles on some of the most celebrated TV shows of our time, like _Married... with Children (1987)_ (qv), _Friends (1994)_ (qv), _Monk (2002)_ (qv), _CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2000)_ (qv), _Smallville (2001)_ (qv), _Hawaii Five-0 (2010)_ (qv), _Rules of Engagement (2007)_ (qv), _Just Shoot Me! (1997)_ (qv) and _Two and a Half Men (2003)_ (qv), just to name a few. She recently starred in the title role of the CW comedy, _Significant Mother (2015)_ (qv), in 2015. In addition to being a sought after actress, Krista is also bringing her comedic talents to the stage as a stand-up comedian in Los Angeles. Krista is also super mom to her son, 'Jake Moritt' (qv), and her 10-year-old beagle, Jack.::Jordan Clark
