Danny Aiello III

'Danny Aiello' (qv) was an accomplished producer and director with twenty-five years experience in the industry, receiving considerable notice as one of New York's finest up-and-coming filmmakers. He most recently produced and directed: _18 Shades of Dust (1999)_ (qv), a feature film nominated at the London Film Festival; the CBS television series _Dellaventura (1997)_ (qv) nominated for the People's Choice Award for Best New Dramatic Series; and has directed episodes of the Paramount television series _The Untouchables (1993)_ (qv) and _The Watcher (2000)_ (qv), as well as being 2nd Unit Director for both series.Aiello's resume includes over three hundred films and television shows including _Rescue Me (2004)_ (qv), _Stateside (2004)_ (qv), and _21 Grams (2003)_ (qv) in the capacity of a stuntman, stunt coordinator, and second unit director. His experience and relationships with the New York unions has been invaluable in past productions. He served on the Screen Actor's Guild of America Stunt and Safety Committee and had participated in the negotiations for the 2005 AFTRA contract negotiations.
