Actress and producer 'Eva Marie Saint' (qv) was born on July 4, 1924 on Newark, New Jersey. She is known for starring in 'Elia Kazan' (qv)'s _On the Waterfront (1954)_ (qv), for which she won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress, and 'Alfred Hitchcock' (qv)'s _North by Northwest (1959)_ (qv).
