Joelle Carter

'Joelle Carter' (qv) can be seen in such feature cult favorites as _High Fidelity (2000)_ (qv) and _American Pie 2 (2001)_ (qv), and indies, _Swimming (2000)_ (qv) and Lisa Picard is Famous (2000). In addition, Carter has starred in numerous television projects, including the controversial series, _Wonderland (2000)_ (qv), created by 'Peter Berg' (qv) (_Friday Night Lights (2004)_ (qv)). Furthermore, she is very proud of the documentary, _Altered by Elvis (2006)_ (qv), which she co-produced. Carter also co-produced and starred in the short, _A Girl and a Gun (2008)_ (qv), which won Best Original Short at the 2008 Washougal International Film Festival. She was thrilled to attend the 2008 Cannes Film Festival with the film, _Jumping In (2008)_ (qv), in which she starred. Carter recently attended the Boston Film Festival, where her latest film, _To Be Friends (2010)_ (qv), (directed by 'Jim Eckhart' (qv), executive-produced by 'Aaron Eckhart' (qv) and co-starring 'Todd Stashwick' (qv)) was honored and opened the festival.Carter's upcoming features include "City of Jerks" (directed by 'Phedon Papamichael' (qv)), and _Eyes to See (2010)_ (qv), both set to release in 2011.::Christine Ellis
