Ophelia Lovibond

Ophelia Lucy Lovibond is an English actress. She grew up in Shepherd's Bush, London, in a single-parent family. She was a scholarship student at Latymer Upper School. She also attended the Young Blood theatre company, a drama club for youth, in Hammersmith. She attended the University of Sussex to study English Literature, graduating in 2005 with a first class degree. Lovibond's first television appearance was at the age of 12 in the Channel 4 sitcom _The Wilsons (2000)_ (qv). She acted in the TV series _FM (2009)_ (qv). In the BBC satire _W1A (2014)_ (qv) she appears as the character of Izzy Gould. Lovibond was also a regular in season 3 of _Elementary (2012)_ (qv), as Sherlock's new apprentice, Kitty Winter. In 2016, she played the role of Lady Alexandra Lindo-Parker in Sky1 series _Hooten & the Lady (2016)_ (qv).Lovibond made her film debut in 'Roman Polanski' (qv)'s _Oliver Twist (2005)_ (qv) in 2005. She had a part in the John Lennon biopic _Nowhere Boy (2009)_ (qv). She played a leading role in the film _4.3.2.1. (2010)_ (qv) alongside with 'Emma Roberts' (qv) & 'Tamsin Egerton' (qv), and had roles in the films _London Boulevard (2010)_ (qv), _No Strings Attached (2011)_ (qv) and _Mr. Popper's Penguins (2011)_ (qv).
