It's been almost three years since Carter and Lee last joined forces in Rush Hour 2 (2001). But Carter is now a traffic officer in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, Lee is busy escorting the Chinese Ambassador to the World Criminal Court in Paris to disclose vital information about the Triads.
