خلاصه داستان
بین وقایع "اره" و "اره ۲"، جان کرامر بیمار و ناامید به امید درمانی معجزهگر برای سرطانش برای انجام یک عمل پزشکی خطرناک و آزمایشی به مکزیک سفر میکند، اما متوجه میشود که کل عملیات یک حقه برای کلاهبرداری از آسیبپذیرترین افراد است. قاتل سریالی بدنام که با هدفی تازه کشفشده مسلح شده است، به کار خود باز میگردد و به شیوه خاص خود از طریق تلههای فریبنده، درهم برهم و مبتکرانه، اوضاع را علیه کلاهبرداران برمیگرداند.
